Heating Instructions:

In the Microwave
  • Remove the lid and sauce container. 

  • Heat for 90 seconds 

  • Add sauce to the dish and heat for 1 minute or until internal temperature reaches 165F. 

  • Remove from your microwave and enjoy yourself!

In a Skillet
  • Heat a tablespoon of oil over medium heat. 

  • If your dish has protein, add that in first and cook for 5 min. or until internal temperature reaches 165F. Don’t forget to flip halfway through.

  • Add in the remaining sides/veggies, and stir occasionally until warmed-through. 

In the Oven
  • Preheat the oven to 350F. 

  • Transfer your meal to an oven-safe dish. 

  • Heat for 17-22 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165F. 

  • Remove from the oven

  • Plate, pat yourself on the back and enjoy!
